The Bratislava site operates a JIT production facility for rear axles, suspension struts, and swivel bearings. Every day, more than 1,000 rear axles are manufactured here. The nemetris JIT/JIS software provides reliable and comprehensive support for the manufacturing process: In addition to fully integrated production control, a contingency reserve warehouse is used to circumvent short-term production disruptions. Both inventory management and warehouse organization are part of the nemetris JIT/JIS functionality.
